Hi, my name is Bianca, and I am a UX designer! I love working at the intersection of creativity, lateral thinking, and the human experience, and I am a creative through-and-through.
Currently working as a Senior UX/UI Design Consultant at EY since 2021, and a stilt-walker in my spare time!
I am a UX/UI Designer at EY and a DIA accredited design member with over four years of experience delivering complex digital products and customer journeys across large-scale client engagements in industries ranging from government, to energy, to education.
My work focuses on designing intuitive, user-centred solutions, particularly within complex service environments, where I contribute to end-to-end experiences including research, wireframing, prototyping and delivery.
Despite my breadth of subject matter expertise, I have a particular love for workshop design and facilitation, UX research, and the early stages of the design process. I also have a strong interest in accessibility, with an upcoming accreditation from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) in Accessibility Core Competencies.
Prior to joining EY full-time, I was building my experience through internships at EY and Infosys, and while I was at university I completed an international internship with the Honeywell Users Group in Madrid. At university I was recognised for my design work, receiving the IBM iX Essential Projects Award for Desirability for an interactive installation designed to encourage meaningful donations during the Australian bushfire crisis.
Skills
I am proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects), and regularly work with collaboration tools such as Mural and Miro to conduct workshops and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders and delivery teams.
